1. Competition Period

1.1 The competition commences on the date it is first advertised by Fuelspec Services Pty Ltd.

1.2 Entries close on 15:00 AEST on Thursday 3rd September 2026.

1.3 The prize draw will take place on or about 15:30 AEST on Thursday 3rd September 2026.

1.4 Entries received after the closing time will not be eligible.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Entry is open to Australian residents who are 18 years of age or older and in attendance at the Safe Load Program (SLP) National Conference 2026 3 September 2026 at the InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort in Hope Island, Queensland

2.2 Entrants must be operating or representing a business at the time of entry.

2.3 Employees, directors and officers of Fuelspec Services Pty Ltd, its related companies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2.4 The Promoter may require an entrant to provide reasonable evidence of their identity, age, business association and eligibility before awarding the prize.

2.5 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not satisfy these eligibility requirements.

3. How to Enter

3.1 Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

3.2 To enter, an eligible entrant must:

1. complete and submit the competition entry form on the Fuelspec Services Pty Ltd website; and
2. provide the requested contact and business details;

3.3 Each eligible person may submit one (1) entry only unless otherwise stated by the Promoter.

3.4 Entries submitted on behalf of another person or business without their authority may be deemed invalid.

3.5 Automated, incomplete, illegible, late, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries will not be accepted.

4. Game of Chance and Winner Selection

4.1 This competition is a game of chance.

4.2 All valid entries received during the Competition Period will be entered into a random draw.

4.3 The winner will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries.

4.4 Every valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected in the random draw.

4.5 The draw will be conducted on or about 17:30 AEST on 3rd September 2026, at the conclusion of the SLP Q&A Panel discussion.

5. Prize

5.1 The prize is:

One (1) Scully Hand Tester valued at $6,800 AUD.

5.2 The prize is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash.

5.3 The prize cannot be exchanged for another product or service at the request of the winner.

5.4 The stated prize value is the approximate retail value at the time these Terms & Conditions are prepared.

5.5 Any costs associated with the use, installation, transportation, insurance, maintenance or operation of the prize, unless expressly stated otherwise, are the responsibility of the winner.

5.6 The Promoter makes no representation or warranty regarding the prize beyond any manufacturer’s warranty or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

5.7 If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.

6. Winner Notification

6.1 The winner will be announced publicly at the Safe Load Program (SLP) National Conference 2026 3 September 2026 at the InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort in Hope Island, Queensland, using the contact details supplied with their entry.

6.2 The winner may be required to verify their identity and eligibility before receiving the prize.

6.3 The winner’s name may be published on the Fuelspec Services Pty Ltd website and/or Fuelspec Services Pty Ltd social media channels, subject to applicable privacy laws.

6.4 If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within a reasonable period, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise cannot accept the prize, the Promoter may conduct a further random draw to select a replacement winner.

6.5 Any replacement draw will be conducted in accordance with applicable Queensland laws and these Terms & Conditions.

7. Valid Entries

7.1 The Promoter reserves the right to reject or disqualify any entry that:

1. does not comply with these Terms & Conditions;
2. contains false, misleading or incomplete information;
3. is submitted after the Competition Period;
4. is submitted using automated means or through fraudulent activity;
5. contains material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive or inappropriate; or
6. infringes the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of another person.

7.2 The Promoter may verify entries and request additional information where reasonably necessary to determine eligibility.

8. Entrant’s Response

8.1 The entrant must not submit material that infringes the copyright, trade mark, privacy or other rights of any third party.

9. Privacy and Personal Information

9.1 The Promoter will collect personal information provided by entrants for the purposes of administering and conducting the competition, contacting entrants where necessary, verifying eligibility and awarding the prize.

9.2 By entering the competition, entrants consent to the Promoter using their personal information for these purposes.

9.3 The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and the Promoter’s privacy policy.

9.4 Where an entrant separately elects to receive marketing communications from Fuelspec Services Pty Ltd, their information may also be used for those purposes in accordance with applicable law.

9.5 An entrant may withdraw from marketing communications at any time in accordance with the Promoter’s applicable privacy and marketing processes.

10. Publicity

10.1 By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Promoter may use the winner’s name, business name and/or photograph for reasonable promotional purposes relating to the competition and Fuelspec Services Pty Ltd, subject to applicable law.

11. Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuelspec Services Pty Ltd excludes liability for any loss, damage, injury, cost or expense suffered or incurred by an entrant or winner in connection with entering the competition or accepting or using the prize.

11.2 This exclusion does not apply to any liability that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified under applicable Australian law, including rights and remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.

11.3 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or not received for any reason, including technical failures or website interruptions.

12. Competition Changes or Cancellation

12.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition if circumstances arise that are beyond its reasonable control and make this necessary.

12.2 Any amendment, suspension or cancellation will be undertaken subject to applicable Queensland law.

12.3 The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to communicate any material changes to the competition.

13. Queensland Law

13.1 This competition is intended to operate as a free-entry promotional game in Queensland.

13.2 The competition and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

13.3 By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

13.4 The Promoter intends to conduct the promotion in accordance with applicable Queensland gaming legislation and other applicable Australian laws.
