FuelSpec Services is a proud distributor of the facet product range and have the experience and capability to design and fabricate pressure vessels to AS1210, in stainless steel, carbon steel to AS4041. Providing fuel filtration solutions to the aviation, diesel and gas industries, FuelSpec Services also offer pressure vessel solutions to ASME design code.

FuelSpec Services supplied seven Carbon Filter Water Separator vessels for the Western Sydney Airport project. These vessels were painted in accordance with EI1541, meeting the rigorous requirements of the Multiplex specification including extensive testing of the internal paint process.

Filter-water separator vessels are specialized pressure vessels designed to remove both particulate contaminants and water from fluids, particularly in fuel systems. They are commonly used in refineries, product terminals, fuel farms, and on refuelling vehicles. These vessels typically employ a two-stage process: first, coalescing filters combine small water droplets into larger ones, and second, the larger droplets are separated from the fluid and collected.
